My sister and I are starting this blog, because we see a major crisis in our nation and elsewhere in the world at this moment.
The laws of the United States do not adequately protect your children, or women, or YOU for that matter. They fail to do so because of a toxic, overbearing deference for religion.
Those children, and the adults who love them need resources that enable them to protect themselves. They also need to be aware of what a cult is and does, or they may not see it happening until it's too late.
If we listen to the religious leadership, as Christians you are worshiping the word of a group of men. They talk so loud and so constantly that you can't hear yourself think.
They say:
Murder is fine, even encouraged.
Love, on the other hand, is a sin that carries the punishment of eternal damnation.
You mean dam-ed, like a beaver dam?
Blocked by unusual expectations, out of balance judgments, veiled threats, forced isolation of persons and personality types? That sounds like their influence on us.
Why are we allowing our judicial and socio-political systems to be run by a religious cult?
This has to stop. You don't know these people like we do. If you did they wouldn't have gotten this far.
